Hi, I'm Sara!

I am a mom, wife and a Certified Fitness Trainer and Nutritionist.

I grew up in Italy and moved in the US about 14 years ago.

Fitness saved my life after going through a rough path with body image for most part of my adolescence.

My mission is to help women in their 30s achieve their fitness goals while promoting a balanced and enjoyable approach to food and self-acceptance. Working with me you will be able to achieve a strong, lean, and athletic body while maintaining a healthy relationship with food and improve your self-esteem for a fulfilling journey.
